Freight Coordinator

Join ELEMENTS CARRIER INC as a Freight Shipper and be part of a dynamic team responsible for coordinating the movement of goods from one place to another. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of our customers' shipments.
Key Responsibilities:- Determine Method of Shipment: Analyze shipment requirements and select the most suitable transportation mode to ensure timely delivery.
- Schedule Distribution: Plan and coordinate the distribution of goods to ensure seamless delivery to our customers.
- Prepare Shipping Documents: Accurately prepare bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Oversee Loading and Unloading: Supervise the loading and unloading of goods to ensure safe and efficient handling.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Work Setting: Freight forwarding company, trucking company, warehouse, commercial facility, or shipping company/agency
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Excel, MS Word, MS Windows
- Equipment and Machinery Experience: Scanner
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
- Green Job: Involves duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes
- Health Benefits: Health care plan, permanent employment, English language, 30 to 37.5 hours per week
