Parts Counter Clerk

Pedco Supply Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Counter Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our sales and inventory team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and sort incoming parts and supplies, maintain accurate inventory records, and identify and label items for storage.
- Warehouse Operations: Clean and maintain the warehouse, store items in a safe and organized manner, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Sales and Requisitions: Process sales orders, prepare requisition orders, and issue parts and supplies for internal use.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and customer interactions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or sales environment is an asset.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in inventory control software.
