This Counter Sales Position at AppleOne Features:
- Monday to Friday
- Day shift
- Commissions
- Great Pay to $66K
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing appropriate parts by utilizing various tools such as parts catalogues and online websites.
- Enter orders, process sales transactions, issue and write up Return Goods Authorization numbers to customers, and contact Suppliers for credit on defective parts.
- Call clients when orders have arrived or are delayed.
- Monitor inventory levels based on customer need.
**Requirements:**
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of inventory management.
