Job Summary

Pedco Supply Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Counter Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our sales and inventory team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and sort incoming parts and supplies, and maintain accurate records on inventory control systems.
  • Warehouse Operations: Clean and maintain the warehouse, store items in a safe and organized manner, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Sales and Requisitions: Process sales orders, prepare requisition orders, and issue and distribute parts and supplies for internal use.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience in a warehouse or sales environment is an asset.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in inventory control software.
