About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Analyst to join our team at D-KAMP SERVICES INC. as a Business Solutions Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Consultation: Confer with clients to identify their technical requirements and provide expert advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • Technical Documentation: Document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business requirements.
  • System Design and Development: Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Security Risk Assessment: Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware, and develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflict situations and provide expert advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
