As a key member of our restaurant, you will work in a vibrant and fast-paced setting, focusing on delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to achieve work schedules
- Order food and kitchen supplies efficiently
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff
- Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, hygiene, and safety protocols
- Assess and estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation
- Ensure that food quality and service standards are consistently met
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste
- Compile and present reports as needed
- Prepare food order summaries for the head chef
- Possess knowledge of various culinary styles relevant to the establishment
- Supervise the delivery of food items
- Create and manage work schedules for the team
