Food Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Services Manager to join our team at Arbutus West Enterprises Ltd o/a Tim Hortons. As a Food Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food services department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor revenues to determine labour costs and optimize staffing levels
- Supervise staff and provide guidance on food preparation, presentation, and customer service
- Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure a high-performing team
- Implement operational procedures to ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
- Cost products and services to ensure profitability and competitiveness
- Organize and maintain inventory, including food, supplies, and equipment
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
- 3-5 years of experience in food services management or a related field
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
