Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent service to our customers.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that they have a positive experience at Dairy Queen.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing accurate and timely reports to management.
  • Work Schedules: Establish work schedules for staff, ensuring that we have adequate coverage during peak periods.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
