Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Planning: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that all necessary supplies are available when needed.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 people to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.

Work Environment: The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to stand for extended periods. They will also be required to have excellent oral communication skills and be able to work well under pressure.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
