Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Drivers Supervisor to join our team at Baloch Carrier Services Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our delivery drivers and ensuring the smooth execution of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Delivery Drivers: Oversee the daily activities of our delivery drivers, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary resources and information to complete their tasks efficiently.
  • Monitor and Analyze Performance: Track and analyze the performance of our delivery drivers, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Develop and Implement Operational Procedures: Collaborate with our operations team to develop and implement procedures that ensure the safe and timely delivery of goods.
  • Train and Develop Team Members: Provide training and guidance to our delivery drivers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with our customer service, sales, and finance teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Work Setting: Supervision of 3-4 people
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, and a team player attitude
