**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Precast Detailer to join our team at Strescon Limited. As a Precast Detailer, you will be responsible for detailing architectural and structural precast concrete members, including bridges, building, and miscellaneous members.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Detailing architectural and structural precast concrete members, including bridges, building, and miscellaneous members
  • Create Precast building layouts
  • Work with structural and architectural contract drawings
  • Perform other duties as assigned

**Technical Requirements**

  • Post-Secondary education in Civil, Architectural, Structural, or Mechanical Technology is preferred
  • Minimum 3 years' experience with drafting/detailing and experience using a computerized drafting software package

**Business Requirements**

  • Ability to work in a steady and even pace to promote accuracy and quality of work
  • High attention to detail
  • Previous experience in the construction industry is an asset
  • Ability to read architectural and structural drawings is a requirement

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with individuals of various disciplines
  • A team player with the desire to work collaboratively with others to improve existing processes
