Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team at LELIQUIM SERVICE INC. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communication: Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries, send and receive messages, and provide customer service.
  • Administrative Tasks: Work on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, and databases, perform basic bookkeeping tasks, and compile data, statistics, and other information.
  • Office Management: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and perform data entry.
  • Organizational Skills: Organize and schedule office work, and locate and remove files requested.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
