Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Summerside Prestigious Consultants Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing contracts, and performing data entry.
  • Office Operations: Establish and implement policies and procedures, determine and establish office procedures and routines, and oversee the analysis of employee data and information.
  • Communication: Develop and implement communication strategies, provide customer service, and consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
  • Bookkeeping: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including managing finances and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
