Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at LELIQUIM SERVICE INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our office staff, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Office Management: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Budgeting and Inventory: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflict situations in a professional and timely manner.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
