Job Title: Operations Director

Fat Bastard Burrito Co. is seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead our team in achieving operational excellence. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the operations team, ensuring that goals and objectives are met.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the management of all operational aspects of the business, including budgeting, forecasting, and process improvement.
  • Team Management: Supervise and develop a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Communication: Represent the company in negotiations and official functions, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in operations management or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
