Job Title: Client Services Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Services Associate to join our team at Wellington-Altus Private Wealth. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional support to our Investment Advisors and ensure the smooth operation of administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and proactive support.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Act as a resource person for clients, providing specialized reports and answering questions about specific products.
  • Manage and oversee complex tasks, maintaining key client relationships to ensure high-quality service and successful project outcomes.
  • Work with Advisors to develop and distribute client communication and marketing pieces.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in business administration, office management, or similar field of study.
  • Minimum 5 years of administrative or executive assistant experience.
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in a client-service facing role.
  • Minimum 2-5 years' financial services industry experience working in a high growth environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the wealth management or other regulated industry.
  • IIROC licensing requirements, including completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and the Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH).
  • Proficiency with the MSOffice suite, including Word, Powerpoint, Teams, and Outlook.
