Job Title: Client Services Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Associate to join our team at Wellington-Altus Private Wealth. As a key member of our support team, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our Investment Advisors and ensure the smooth operation of administrative functions within the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level executive support to Investment Advisors, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and preparation of materials for meetings and presentations.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, responding to inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Act as a resource person for clients, providing specialized reports, answering questions about specific products, and managing complex tasks.
  • Work with Advisors to develop and distribute client communication and marketing pieces.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in business administration, office management, or similar field of study.
  • Minimum 5 years of administrative or executive assistant experience.
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in a client-service facing role.
  • Minimum 2-5 years' financial services industry experience working in a high growth environment.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
