Position Overview

Holcim is seeking dedicated individuals with strong work ethics to fill the role of a Cement Spreader Operator. This position is essential for our operations during the road construction season.

Job Responsibilities

  • Operate heavy machinery to load, transport, and spread Portland cement.
  • Ensure proper handling of materials in accordance with geotechnical recommendations.
  • Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment to maintain safety and efficiency.
  • Work on various job sites, requiring personal transportation.

Compensation and Employment Terms

Qualifications

  • Valid Class 3 with Air Endorsement or Class 1 license for hauling cement.
  • Experience in road construction is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
