Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Mixer Operator to join our team at Lafarge Construction. As a Mixer Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy-duty equipment, conducting pre-operational checks, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our cement stabilization processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CAT SS Mixer, CAT RM Mixer, and WR Wirtgen equipment
- Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Work in a fast-paced road construction environment, with a focus on cement stabilization of subgrade
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals
Requirements
- Knowledge of road construction and ability to operate heavy equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment
- Long hours and outdoor work required
- CSA-approved 8" steel-toed safety boots required
