Position Overview

Holcim is seeking dedicated individuals with strong work ethics to embark on a career in the construction industry. We are currently looking for a Cement Spreader Operator.

This role involves working at various job sites, and candidates must possess their own means of transportation. The responsibilities include not only road construction tasks but also the operation of heavy machinery.

We provide competitive compensation that includes both regular and overtime pay to ensure project completion within a limited work season.

Important Requirements

All applicants will undergo a driver's abstract review and must successfully complete a medical examination.

Union Hourly Wage for 50 hours per week

Skill Requirements

Proficient in road construction practices and capable of loading, transporting, maneuvering on-site, and consistently spreading Portland cement in challenging soft subgrades as per geotechnical specifications.

Credentials

Class 3 with Air Endorsement, or Class 1 for transporting cement b-train units.

Experience

Previous experience is an asset
