Job Summary:

As an Air Cargo Screener with CB Canada, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and compliance of our international air cargo operations. This is a permanent part-time opportunity that offers a unique blend of security, logistics, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Screen packages through X-Ray machines, ETD, and physical searches to minimize security risks to our air network.
  • Safeguard authorized personnel access to screening areas, adhering to UPS Challenge Policy.
  • Assist in maintaining documentation and record-keeping, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, prioritizing time-sensitive packages for distribution.
  • Participate in regular compliance training to stay up-to-date on regulations and policies.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications - Excel an asset.
  • Previous law and security education or experience an asset.
  • Able to lift up to 70lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
