Job Summary:

Cargo Security Specialists at CB Canada play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our air cargo operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance, ensuring the daily operational quality of our screening process, and upholding the highest standards of security and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Screening Operations: Ensure all air cargo is screened in accordance with regulatory requirements and UPS standards.
  • Access Control: Safeguard that only authorized personnel enter the screening area.
  • Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain detailed documentation and record keeping to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Time-Sensitive Environment: Work within a fast-paced and time-sensitive warehouse environment to meet operational demands.
  • Compliance Training: Participate in regular compliance training to stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements and UPS standards.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Working Knowledge of MS Office Applications: Have a working knowledge of MS Office applications to perform administrative tasks.
  • Previous Law and Security Education or Experience: Possess previous law and security education or experience, or be willing to undergo training and development.
