About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Security Officer to join our team at Cornerstone Security & Transport Inc. As a Security Officer, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Security and Safety: Enforce regulations to maintain order and resolve conflicts, monitor establishment activities, and operate security control room equipment.
  • Patrol and Surveillance: Patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect shoplifting and theft, and perform security checks of passengers and luggage.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Produce reports and maintain accurate records of security incidents and activities.
  • Training and Development: Will train and develop skills to meet the demands of the role.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Security Guard License.
  • Skills and Abilities: Attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking, physically demanding, standing for extended periods, and work under pressure.
  • Personal Qualities: Judgement, reliability, team player, and punctuality.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week. The language of work is English.
