About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Project Administrator to join our team at KONE Canada. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of projects across Quebec and Atlantic Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with project managers and installation leaders to coordinate project activities and ensure objectives are met within agreed schedules and budgets.
  • Assist in the coordination of project logistics, including travel arrangements and accommodation for project teams.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant materials.
  • Provide administrative support to project teams, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.
  • Travel up to 30% throughout Quebec and Atlantic Canada to support project activities.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
