We are currently seeking a Healthcare Clinic Manager for our dermatology-focused clinic.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Oversight
  1. Implement and refine action plans aligned with the clinic's strategic objectives.
  2. Analyze and prepare reports for the clinic's monthly performance metrics, including sales and key performance indicators, and respond accordingly.
  3. Oversee the clinic's annual financial plan.
Team Leadership
  1. Work alongside the Director of Operations during the recruitment process.
  2. Coordinate task distribution among team members.
  3. Organize training sessions for staff in partnership with the Director of Operations.
  4. Manage team performance and foster ongoing professional development.
  5. Track employee hours and communicate with the accounting department.
  6. Conduct weekly team meetings to ensure alignment and communication.
Operational Management
  1. Determine operational and material resource needs.
  2. Ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and adhere to established deposit procedures.
  3. Verify the accuracy of daily financial reconciliations and forward them to the accounting department.
  4. Manage the issuance of invoices related to employee benefits.
  5. Oversee maintenance and improvements to the clinic's facilities.
  6. Optimize inventory management practices.
Client Relationship Management
  1. Conduct patient consultations to assess needs.
  2. Organize and facilitate informational events for clients.
  3. Ensure the accuracy of treatment and product orders, with monthly follow-ups on client appointments.
  4. Strive for complete client satisfaction and address any issues that may arise.
  5. Propose enhancements for the continuous improvement of service quality.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in management, business, or a related field; alternative combinations of education and experience will be considered.
  2. A minimum of five years of relevant experience, preferably in a retail or service-oriented environment.
  3. Proven experience in sales and team management is essential.
  4. Exceptional communication abilities.
  5. Capacity to adapt swiftly in a dynamic and evolving environment.
  6. Ability to perform under pressure while managing priorities effectively.
  7. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on team development.
  8. Strong business insight and attention to detail.
