Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Channel Manager to drive sales growth and profitability through assigned distribution partners. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing complex partner relationships, developing strategic initiatives, and ensuring consistent brand experience across managed channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attain sales and profitability goals with key/assigned channel partners.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives with assigned accounts.
  • Establish productive, professional relationships at all levels within assigned distributor partner accounts.
  • Lead joint planning process to establish mutual operational performance objectives, marketing plans, and financial targets with assigned partners.
  • Ensure partner compliance with Brady pricing, sales, and marketing expectations and agreements.
  • Effectively negotiate complex contract and program agreements.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and how Brady can exploit opportunities.
  • Work closely with marketing and product management teams to build, or maintain, a leadership position within assigned partner portfolios.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of five years of sales or marketing experience with distribution interaction and/or management.
  • Demonstrated ability to network across complex organizations.
  • In-depth understanding of sales performance metrics and indicators.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to facilitate large-group discussions.
  • Experience negotiating large, complex agreements.
  • Ability to drive high-visibility, cross-functional projects.
  • Strong understanding of product differentiation and competitive strategy techniques.
  • Demonstrated relationship management experience working with strategic and/or channel partners
  • Ability to travel up to 30%
