Cooke Aquaculture Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aquaculture Site Manager to join our team based on Grand Manan, NB. This role reports to the Saltwater Production Manager and is responsible for the performance and results of the aquaculture farm.

The successful candidate will have a degree of specialized expertise and skill in maintaining established standards of safety, quality, and accuracy. They will be responsible for motivating staff by creating a positive and safe work environment, exercising the necessary authority to assure policies and procedures are followed, and meeting time frames.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in farming operations, strong supervisory and communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours outside and on the water. Preference will be given to applicants with related post-secondary education, MED, small craft certification, and experience operating saltwater fish farms.
