About the Role:
Cooke Aquaculture Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Aquaculture Site Manager based in Grand Manan, NB. This role reports to the Saltwater Production Manager and is a key member of the company's team.

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining established standards of safety, quality, and accuracy in aquaculture farm operations. This includes exercising leadership and motivating staff to create a positive and safe work environment, while ensuring policies and procedures are followed and time frames are met.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in farming operations, strong supervisory and communication skills, and the ability to exercise necessary authority to achieve results. Must possess strong abilities in fish husbandry, experience with monitoring and operating feed systems, mooring design and maintenance, and general maintenance on saltwater equipment, cages, and vessels. Working flexible hours outside and on the water is a requirement for this position.
