Cooke Aquaculture, a leading aquaculture company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aquaculture Site Manager to join their team on Grand Manan, NB.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the aquaculture farm, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and accuracy.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve farm performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Saltwater Production Manager to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Motivate and supervise staff to create a positive and safe work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Specialized expertise and skill in aquaculture operations.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to exercise authority and make decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
