About the Role:
Cooke Aquaculture Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Aquaculture Site Manager based on Grand Manan, NB. This role reports to the Saltwater Production Manager and is responsible for the performance and results of the aquaculture farm. The successful candidate will have a degree in a related field and proven experience in farming operations, as well as strong supervisory and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
The Aquaculture Site Manager will be responsible for maintaining established standards of safety, quality, and accuracy. This includes exercising the necessary authority to assure policies and procedures are followed and time frames are met. The successful candidate will also have the ability to motivate staff by creating a positive and safe work environment.

Requirements:
The successful candidate will have a degree in a related field, such as aquaculture or a related field, and proven experience in farming operations. Strong supervisory and communication skills are also essential. Additionally, the candidate must possess strong abilities in fish husbandry, experience with monitoring and operating feed systems, mooring design and maintenance, and general maintenance on saltwater equipment, cages, and vessels.
