About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head Coach to join our team at DCS Fitness & Martial Arts LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Training Programs

Design and implement comprehensive training programs for athletes, focusing on skill development, physical conditioning, and mental preparation.

Motivate and Lead Athletes

Provide guidance, support, and motivation to athletes, helping them to achieve their goals and reach their full potential.

Manage Training Sessions

Plan, organize, and lead training sessions, ensuring a safe and effective learning environment for athletes.

Recruit and Retain Athletes

Identify and recruit talented athletes, and develop strategies to retain them within the program.

Collaborate with Coaches and Staff

Work closely with other coaches, instructors, and staff to ensure a cohesive and effective team approach.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.

Experience

At least 5 years of experience in a coaching or training role, or equivalent experience.

Certifications and Licenses

Martial arts instructor certification and basic security clearance.

Personal Qualities

Strong leadership skills, efficient interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 40 hours per week in an urban area.

Language

The primary language of work is English.
