Head Coach

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Coach to join our team at Balance Gymnastics.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing training and practice sessions for our athletes. They will also motivate and prepare athletes or teams for competitive events or games, analyze and evaluate their performance, and observe and evaluate prospective athletes' skills and performance.
Responsibilities:- Plan, develop, and implement training and practice sessions for athletes
- Motivate and prepare athletes or teams for competitive events or games
- Analyze and evaluate athletes' or team's performance
- Observe and evaluate prospective athletes' skills and performance
- Hold Level 2 and Level 3 Certificates in Coaching, CPR Certificate, and pass a Criminal Record Check and Child Abuse Registry Check
- 5 years or more of experience in coaching or a related field
- Other trades certificate or diploma
- Excellent leadership, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, and reliability
- Ability to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
