Job Title: Head Coach

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Coach to join our team at Balance Gymnastics. As a key member of our coaching staff, you will be responsible for leading our gymnastics teams and developing training programs to help our athletes achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, develop, and implement training and practice sessions to help athletes improve their skills and performance.
  • Motivate and prepare athletes or teams for competitive events or games, ensuring they are physically and mentally prepared.
  • Analyze and evaluate athletes' or team's performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
  • Observe and evaluate prospective athletes' skills and performance, identifying potential talent and developing plans to recruit and develop them.
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in coaching gymnastics or a related field.
  • Level 2 Certificate in Coaching and Level 3 Certificate in Coaching.
  • CPR Certificate and a clean criminal record check.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
