Job Summary:

  • Develop and implement a strategic business plan for growth and profitability, driving revenue and market share for CentiMark Corporation.
  • Conduct thorough site inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Forecast financial performance for the office, including weekly, monthly, and yearly projections, to inform business decisions.
  • Address operational challenges and resolve issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Communicate effectively with senior management and employees, providing timely updates and insights to drive business success.
  • Recruit, retain, and develop high-performing employees, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for branch employees, driving accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including safety protocols and risk management.
  • Review and analyze daily safety reports, including new hire orientation, DOT compliance, and safe work plans, to identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in flooring or construction operations management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of flooring procedures, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Valid state driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • 18 years of age or older, with authorization to work in the United States.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug test.
