Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Truck Mechanic Assistant to join our team at Bamrah Truck Repair Inc. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will provide critical support to our technicians and contribute to the efficient operation of our repair shop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist technicians with tooling, equipment, and material movement
  • Participate in surveying activities, ensuring safety procedures are followed
  • Communicate safety protocols to colleagues and the public
  • Support tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed
  • Clean machines and work areas, maintaining a safe and organized environment
  • Advise customers on work performed and future repair needs
  • Test and adjust units to specifications
  • Repair or replace parts and components of truck-trailer systems
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with supervisors to discuss work and optimize processes
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 to 40 hours of work per week
