Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Truck Mechanic Assistant to join our team at Bamrah Truck Repair Inc. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will assist our experienced technicians in performing routine maintenance and repairs on heavy-duty trucks and equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist technicians in performing routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
  • Help with the repair and replacement of parts and components of truck-trailer systems.
  • Signal safety procedures to other workers and to the general public.
  • Provide customer service and advise customers on work performed and future repair requirements.
  • Assist with cleaning machines and immediate work areas.
  • Help tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of work.
  • 35 to 40 hours of work per week.
