Role Summary
We are seeking a Claims Representative I - Auto to enhance our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate new claims through client communication, ensuring prompt attention to each case.
- Conduct interviews with the insured and witnesses to gather detailed accounts of incidents.
- Evaluate policy coverage to determine claim eligibility.
- Analyze collected information to make informed decisions regarding liability and damage assessments.
- Resolve claims equitably, confirming damages and processing payments.
Qualifications:
- Willingness to pursue CIP designation for adjuster licensing.
- Relevant experience in the field.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Eligibility to work in Canada is required; prior Canadian work experience is not mandatory.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is advantageous but not essential.
