About the Role
We're looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to handle new claims on the phone, gather information from clients and witnesses, and determine coverage and liability. Your strong analytical skills and attention to detail will be essential in making informed decisions and settling claims fairly and reasonably.
Key Responsibilities
- Open new claims on the phone and ensure timely handling of the situation.
- Gather versions of events from clients and witnesses through thorough interviews.
- Analyze coverage requirements and determine if claims are covered.
- Make informed decisions on liability and damages, and settle claims fairly and reasonably.
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.
