About Cafe Brio

Cafe Brio is a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cafe, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze financial data to optimize profitability and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective budgeting and cost control strategies to ensure the cafe's financial stability.
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring that stock is always available and that waste is minimized.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and staff performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant or cafe management role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing a team and driving sales growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and suppliers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
