About the Role

High Cliff Partners Inc. is seeking a highly skilled SAP Master Data Governance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and managing our Master Data Governance practice, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and supporting business development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Manage MDG Practice Activities: Create and implement strategies to drive the growth and success of our Master Data Governance practice.
  • Ensure Delivery of Services and Support Business Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional services and support business development initiatives.
  • Develop and Monitor the Progress of the Roadmap: Create and manage the practice's roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry trends.
  • Participate in the Management Committee: Contribute to strategic decision-making and provide expert guidance on Master Data Governance matters.
  • Manage the Team's Staffing Plan and Coordinate Recruitment: Develop and implement effective staffing plans, ensuring the right talent is in place to support business growth.
  • Monitor the Team's Structure and Work Processes: Analyze and optimize team structure and work processes to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Identify Improvement Opportunities and Prioritize Projects: Continuously identify areas for improvement and prioritize projects to drive business value.
  • Ensure the Development and Quality Control of Practice Training Materials: Create and maintain high-quality training materials to support team development and knowledge sharing.
  • Obtain Customer Feedback and Drive Continuous Improvement: Collect and act on customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver Customer Mandates Successfully: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer mandates in accordance with our values and standards.
  • Conduct Effective Follow-up Meetings with Stakeholders: Schedule and conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Develop and Coach Team Members: Provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Manage Partners Required for MDG Services: Collaborate with external partners to deliver high-quality MDG services.
  • Foster a Positive Work Environment: Promote a culture of collaboration, respect, and open communication within the team.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Trends and Technologies: Continuously monitor industry trends and technologies to ensure our practice remains competitive and innovative.
  • Network and Participate in Industry Events: Engage with industry peers and participate in relevant events to stay informed and build relationships.
  • Promote the MDG Practice through Writing: Share knowledge and expertise through writing articles and other content to promote the practice and our thought leadership.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Administration, or Relevant Field: A degree in a relevant field is required.
  • 10-15 Years of Experience in Data Management and Data Migration: A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in data management and data migration, preferably in SAP environments.
  • Consulting Experience and Knowledge of ERP Solutions: Proven consulting experience and knowledge of ERP solutions, including data objects in manufacturing environments.
  • Resource Management and Coaching Skills: Strong resource management and coaching skills to lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • Leadership Skills and Creativity: Excellent leadership skills and creativity to drive innovation and solve complex problems.
  • Expertise in Excel and Data Analysis Tools: Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent Customer Approach, Autonomy, Initiative, and Decision-Making Skills: Strong customer approach, autonomy, initiative, and decision-making skills to drive business growth and success.
  • Ability to Manage Multiple Priorities in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
  • Meticulousness and Passion for Teamwork: Meticulousness and a passion for teamwork to drive collaboration and results.
  • Bilingual (French and English): Fluency in both French and English is required.
