We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Expert to join our Real Estate Business Strategy team at the National Bank. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting business decisions with data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our partners to implement our target data architecture, ensuring the improvement of data quality and documentation.
  • Analyze and understand data from authoritative sources, identifying trends and patterns that inform business strategy.
  • Program and operationalize data exposure and enhancement tools, ensuring seamless data integration and visualization.
  • Support and advise real estate teams on the use and enhancement of data, providing actionable insights to drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain data visualizations, presentations, and reports to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve and create value through data-driven initiatives, driving human, process, and financial benefits.
  • Assume a leadership role in promoting data quality and driving the adoption of technologies within the team.
About the Team

You will be part of a dynamic team of 7 colleagues responsible for transformation, data strategy, and business performance. Our team is known for its creativity, openness to change, and multi-disciplinary expertise.

Requirements
  • Hold a bachelor's, certificate, or master's degree in data management, analytics, computer science, statistics, or a related field.
  • Be business-savvy, with a strong understanding of data, dashboard designs, and visualization.
  • Have storytelling and influence skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate competence in working with data using SQL and PowerBI tools.
  • Skills in modeling and statistics, with knowledge of analytical tools and languages (Python, R, etc.).
  • Fluency in English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively with service providers and partners.
