Position Overview

As a Senior Systems Engineer within the Workstations and Desktop Equipment division, you will serve as a technology specialist, guiding our team towards innovative solutions. This role allows you to utilize your engineering expertise, dedication to enhancing employee experiences, and knowledge of cutting-edge technologies to make a significant impact on our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the operational integrity of our IT assets.
  • Ensure our infrastructure meets stability goals.
  • Drive the delivery of our evolving solution initiatives.
  • Safeguard the security of all products and related components.
  • Advise the product owner in decision-making processes to realize their vision.
  • Identify and implement improvements and automation in daily operations.
  • Contribute to team development through knowledge sharing and training initiatives.

Team Dynamics

In the Infrastructure, IT Operations, and Strategic Vendor Management team, you will collaborate with 20 colleagues and report to the Senior Manager. Qualifications

  • A three-year professional college diploma or equivalent in a related field with 5 years of relevant experience, or a bachelor's degree in a related field with 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in managing Intune environment infrastructure, SCCM, Microsoft Autopilot, Azure AD, and Cloud PC modern management is essential.
  • Familiarity with Windows Management, Group Policies, and Powershell is advantageous, with a focus on workstation management.
  • Knowledge of Graph, Logic Apps, and Cloud management is a significant asset, along with experience in Microsoft 365.
  • Active involvement in Operations - level 3 support, including incident management and penetration testing.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and user experience.

Language Requirements

Proficiency in English and French is required, as you will frequently engage with service providers and partners who communicate in languages other than French.
