Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Truck Wash Manager to join our team at G. Gill Yellowhead Truck Wash Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our wash bay, ensuring that all vehicles are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement effective policies and procedures for staff to follow, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Budget and Inventory Management: Plan and control the budget and inventory of our wash bay, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet our operational needs.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise a team of staff to ensure that our wash bay is running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the daily operations of our wash bay, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, organized, and reliable.
Work Environment

Our wash bay operates 32 hours per week, and the successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
