Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality of service in our restaurants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates, ensuring that our restaurants operate within budget and maintain a high level of profitability.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and to the satisfaction of the customer.
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, ensuring that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standard.
  • Team Management
    • Supervise and manage a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance and support to ensure that all team members are working effectively and efficiently.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in a food service or restaurant management role.
  • College or CEGEP education in a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
