About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team at 401 Dixie Nissan. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Telephone Communications and Reception: Answer and direct phone calls, respond to customer inquiries, and provide information about our services and products.
  • Welcome and Assist Customers: Greet customers, inquire about their visit, and provide assistance as needed.
  • Vehicle Licensing and Administration: Process vehicle licensing, registration, and other administrative tasks.
  • Participate in Dealer Trade: Prepare information for pick-up, collect receipts, and process payments.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, such as data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to accurately record messages and information.
  • Pleasant and Friendly Manner: Demonstrate a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor when interacting with customers and colleagues.
  • Organizational Ability: Possess strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate the ability to take ownership of problems and bring them to completion with a positive attitude.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment to achieve common goals.
  • Experience: Two (2) years of reception experience, or equivalent, with a preference for dealership experience.
  • Licensing Experience: Must have experience with licensing and registration processes.
