Key Responsibilities
  • Process orders, expedites, and customer requests accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain good customer relations through timely and effective communication.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and departments to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Manage orders and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Deal with customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Supply tracking information and coordinate rush orders as required.
  • Assist Inside Sales with order expediting and production coordination.
  • Issue Return Good Authorizations and process next steps accordingly.
Requirements
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good math skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure call center environment.
  • Positive and friendly phone manner.
  • High level of empathy to identify customer concerns and convert them into positive experiences.
