Key Responsibilities:

  • Restock merchandise on the sales floor to ensure a seamless shopping experience
  • Conduct stock checks for customers and support Sales Associates in maintaining accurate inventory levels
  • Assist with visual merchandising and floor moves to create an engaging store environment
  • Process POS transactions efficiently and accurately
  • Adhere to sales-related policies and procedures to maintain high standards
  • Maintain a well-organized back-of-house area to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Provide exceptional customer service, greeting and interacting with customers in a warm and friendly manner
  • Direct customers to the appropriate Sales Associate and assist in resolving client issues as needed

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of luxury retail experience
  • Previous experience using POS systems
  • A self-starter with a proven track record of driving results
  • A curious and motivated individual with excellent communication skills
  • A customer-focused sales professional with a passion for client and community engagement
