Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a structured career framework that aligns with organizational goals, outlining clear progression paths and competencies for various roles within the company.
- Conduct training needs analysis and relevant assessments to identify training requirements across departments and recommend tailored learning solutions to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Create training programs that support employee development, leveraging cutting-edge educational techniques and multimedia.
- Work closely with senior management, department heads, and other internal stakeholders to gather feedback and insights that inform the development of training materials and career progression pathways.
- Lead and manage training projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, approved budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Develop metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and career framework initiatives, providing regular reports to stakeholders on progress and outcomes.
- College diploma or university degree in a related field.
- Between 6-9 years of relevant experience in the training, learning, and career development space.
- Project management experience; excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficient in learning management systems and training technologies.
- Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with stakeholders.
- Must be confident and optimistic.
- Must be driven and determined to achieve goals.
- Must have strategic agility, be open-minded, and demonstrate creativity.
- Must be able to work independently but also be a collaborative team player.
- Self-starter who proactively takes the initiative on tasks and will be driving the change management efforts.
- Strong proficiency in computer and software skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously; attention to detail is a must.
