Transformative Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Continuing and Professional Learning department. As the Strategic Director of Professional Learning, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge programs that cater to the diverse needs of our learners, employers, and community partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative professional learning and corporate training programs that drive success and growth.
  • Lead enrolment and resource planning, ensuring the best instructors and curriculum for exceptional learning experiences.
  • Provide academic leadership and management to part-time instructors, coordinators, and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Oversee the planning, development, delivery, and evaluation of all continuing and professional learning academic programming.
  • Establish a curriculum and programming strategy that builds upon existing programming and delivers a future-focused orientation towards new programming.
Requirements:
  • MBA, MEd, MSC, or other Master's level as related to program cluster.
  • ~7 years of experience related to education, training, and/or professional development.
  • Knowledge of the post-secondary and corporate training market as well as adult education.
  • Teaching and learning for adults or working professionals.
  • Business administration and management.
