Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Learning and Development Professional will play a pivotal role in supporting the development of MLF's leadership learning programs. This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, coordinating, delivering, and evaluating various learning initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop effective learning programs that meet the needs of MLF's leaders.
  • Coordinate and deliver learning programs, including managing logistics, supporting facilitators, and facilitating content where necessary.
  • Evaluate and track the effectiveness of learning programs, including attendance, engagement, completion, and success rates.
  • Develop and execute engaging training communications for campaigns, calendars, and individual stakeholders to increase awareness and demand for learning programs.
  • Collaborate with other learning, HR team members, and learning partners to deliver organizational objectives.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience managing the life cycle of learning programs, including needs assessments, design, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Action-oriented and proactive, taking the initiative on areas of responsibility.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relations with clients within the business and work collaboratively and communicate effectively with key cross-functional business stakeholders across all levels.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including writing, listening, speaking, and facilitating.
  • Effective listening skills, seeking to understand the full context, expected end state to deliver what is expected.
  • Strong attention to detail, prioritization, and organizational skills to support multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
  • Highly motivated and results-driven, with high energy and resilience.
  • College or University degree in training, adult learning, or organizational behavior or equivalent certification in adult learning principles (CSTD) is preferred.
